(also known as Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds)
Booking a phone call, appointment or class shows me that you are proactive, and you are seeking help. From the moment you book, I’m cheering for your success. You should never feel bad for rescheduling or needing help with time-management, because this is one of the hardest things for a family affected by ADHD. I get it!
Phone calls and coaching sessions may be rescheduled because, let’s face it, life happens! If you reschedule a couple of times, I will ask you if you would like to be coached on what is stopping you from keeping your appointments. If your rescheduling becomes a problem for me, I will inform you that I am going to begin to charge 50% of the session fee each time you reschedule.
Classes cannot be rescheduled because multiple people are involved. If you need to change your plans, you may have a full credit to use for any other program or service available within the next two years.
Let’s Stay Friends:
I’m committed to providing effective, good quality programs. In any scenario, I am always open to feedback and suggestions for improvement, in fact, I welcome input from any client or customer. I also want to stay friends, in any case.
You can request a refund for two reasons:
Sometimes people pay for another person to engage with my services, perhaps as a concerned family member, or as a gift or sponsorship. Refunds will only be made to the person who made the payment in the first place, whether or not they are the coaching or class participant.
