Meet Jodi Green

I support you as you navigate the ups and downs of life with ADHD. During my coaching sessions, I’ll help you:

  • make sense of the condition and understand its complexities
  • create routines that work for you and your family
  • troubleshoot ADHD issues as they arise
  • sift through your options and formulate your questions for the medical professionals you are working with

Most importantly, I will help you boost your confidence in your ability to live life with ADHD, giving you the tools, tactics and strategies to manage and thrive with ADHD (in yourself or your child).

My journey to becoming a Melbourne ADHD coach

I am a certified coach with the USA based IACT Center, one of the world’s leading trainers of ADHD coaches. After completing my training in 2017, I established ADHD iD to provide help to Melbourne families living with ADHD. Since then I’ve provided support and guidance to dozens of people living with the condition and their families.

I also work with schools, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, maternal health care nurses and other specialists.

I help transform your mindset from confused and worried to confident and capable.

Before my career change, I was an engineer, giving me useful strategic, problem solving and project management experience. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Engineering from Monash University and I also have a Graduate Diploma in Spiritual Direction from University of Melbourne.

I’m a parent of a child with ADHD

When my child was diagnosed, it was a difficult time. I knew nothing about ADHD and I learnt as I navigated each pitfall. After chatting with family, friends and parents in online forums, I realised that many were struggling as I had.

So, my coaching career began.

Since then, I have learned much more about the condition via ongoing study and professional networks. Through my work with families and continual learning, I’ve developed dozens more practical ways to provide support and help to all kinds of people with ADHD. It is not a one-size-fits-all condition. I have the breadth and depth of experience to help you.

My mission is to support you

My priorities are:

  • advocacy: I’m on your side
  • family: solutions for the whole family, not just the child with ADHD
  • structure: bringing calm from the chaos, creating a plan and supporting you to implement it
  • understanding: of what it’s like to be a parent of an ADHD child and understanding of the condition

Who I work with

I mostly work with parents of children with ADHD who are at primary or secondary school. I also work with teenagers themselves in high school and even university.

As the broader community understands more about the condition, people are being diagnosed later in life. So, I work with many adults with ADHD too. Sometimes a child is diagnosed, then the parent realises they have it too.

No matter your age or stage in your diagnosis, I have the experience to help you.
