However, this isn’t goodbye! I will still be keeping you in the loop with updated blog posts and resources, designed to help support and inspire you as you navigate the ups and downs of life with ADHD.
I support you as you navigate the ups and downs of life with ADHD. During my coaching sessions, I’ll help you:
Most importantly, I will help you boost your confidence in your ability to live life with ADHD, and help you identify what you need to manage and thrive with ADHD.
After completing my training in 2017, I established ADHD iD to provide help to Melbourne families living with ADHD. Since then I’ve provided support and guidance to hundreds of people living with ADHD, and with ADHD in their families.
I help transform your mindset from confused and worried to confident and capable.
Before my career change, I was an engineer, giving me useful strategic, problem solving and project management experience. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Engineering from Monash University and I also have a Graduate Diploma in Spiritual Direction from University of Melbourne. Summary: I’m actually qualified in both logic AND listening 🙂
When my child was first diagnosed, it was a difficult time. I knew nothing about ADHD and I learnt as I navigated each pitfall. After chatting with family, friends and parents in online forums, I realised that many were struggling as I had.
So, my coaching career began.
Since then, I have gathered more life experience in neurodiversity (and added more diagnoses to my family). I’ve learned so much more about the condition via ongoing study and associations in professional networks. Through my work with adults with ADHD and continual learning, I’ve developed dozens more practical ways to provide support and help to all kinds of people with ADHD. It is not a one-size-fits-all condition. I have the breadth and depth of experience to help you.
Banish overwhelm and perfectionism
Stay accountable with the group and share your wins
My priorities are:
That’s pretty much the only criteria. If you are juggling multiple domains (work, family, home, etc) you have found your coach!
As the broader community understands more about the condition, people are being diagnosed later in life. I work with many adults with ADHD, with recent diagnoses. Sometimes a child is diagnosed, then the parent realises they have it too.
No matter your age or stage in your diagnosis, I have the experience to help you.
We offer all our programs online via Zoom.
