The ADHD coaching sessions seemed like good value, and I liked Jodi’s energy. I liked the camaraderie – a feeling that this small group get my struggles because theirs are similar.

I’m a highly experienced and qualified ADHD coach. As one cog in a 5-member family, spanning a combination of neuro-typical and neuro-diverse brains, I get it! When you get an ADHD diagnosis, you are often left to figure out all the practical implications on your own. Medication is great, but there is so much more to being supported in the way you deserve.
My Mission Is To Support You
My priorities are:
he ADHD Sweet Spot is the perfect blend between coaching, community, and education. When you join me in the Sweet Spot, you will feel immediate relief that the struggle is now shared. You can rest assured that I will be your guide, cheerleader and coach. You can look forward to feeling calm and certain about your goals, and your plan to reach them. You will begin to get things done with more ease and less spinning. Most importantly, you will see improvements in your executive function skills week after week as we practice pausing, planning and doing together.
ADHD means you have an under-performing pre-frontal cortex. While I’m no neuroscientist, I know that this means the executive functioning skills at your disposal are not operating at an optimal level. Simply put, the beauty of working with a coach is that you get a deliberate pause to take the time to exercise your executive functioning skills, and even lean on those of your coach, so that you can have greater access and apply them to the areas you feel stuck. A good coach knows about the benefit of a time for shared reflection and problem solving space, but an ADHD coach truly understands how accessing your executive thinking can be life changing.
When my child was first diagnosed, it was a difficult time. I knew nothing about ADHD and I learnt as I navigated each pitfall. After chatting with family, friends and parents in online forums, I realised that many were struggling as I had.
So, my coaching career began.
Since then, I have gathered more life experience in neurodiversity (and added more diagnoses to my family). I’ve learned so much more about the condition via ongoing study and associations in professional networks. Through my work with adults with ADHD and continual learning, I’ve developed dozens more practical ways to provide support and help to all kinds of people with ADHD. It is not a one-size-fits-all condition. I have the breadth and depth of experience to help you.
I am a certified coach with the USA-based IACT Center, one of the world’s leading trainers of ADHD coaches. After completing my training in 2017, I established ADHD iD to provide help to Melbourne families living with ADHD. Since then I’ve provided support and guidance to hundreds of people living with ADHD, and with ADHD in their families.
I help transform your mindset from confused and worried to confident and capable.
Before my career change, I was an engineer, giving me useful strategic, problem solving and project management experience. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Engineering from Monash University and I also have a Graduate Diploma in Spiritual Direction from University of Melbourne. Summary: I’m actually qualified in both logic AND listening 🙂

$167 is your monthly investment. That’s around the cost of a good quality monthly coaching session, but with 12 times the contact and chances to connect. (And the good quality coaching is included 😊).
